You retain all rights to your work except you give us permission to
publish
your submissions in our Catazine and, at our discretion, on our website.
Our compensation to you is
a specially chosen gift and a Catazine from
the first print complete
w/samples and merchandise gift certificate
(see amount below).

23rd, 2001
